箭扣长城
箭扣长城因整段长城蜿蜒呈w状，形如满弓扣箭而得名。箭扣长城是明代万里长城最著名的险段之一，是各种长城画册中上镜率最
高的一段，向来是长城摄影的热点。箭扣长城位于怀柔区，东邻慕田峪长城，通常认为包括从牛犄角边，经正北楼、箭扣、擦边
过、鹰飞倒仰、北京结、西大墙到九眼楼一带，约20公里左右的一段。这里的长城依山就势，低缓处卧踞盘旋，如巨龙随山峦跌
跃起伏，十分壮观。敌楼依山势险要而建，其走势富于变化和韵律。有建在海拔1000多米山顶的“牛犄角边 ”，建在刀削一般的山
峰上的“鹰飞倒仰”和“箭扣”长城。以怀柔八道河乡的西栅子村为中心，从东向西依次为镇北楼、箭扣直至最高顶鹰飞倒仰绝壁，再
向西为汇接三道来自不同方向长城，北边为九眼楼。此处长城东连慕田峪旅游区，西接黄花城长城，离响水湖大榛峪一山之隔。
箭扣长城分南线、北线，南线山势极其陡峭，几乎是直上直下，由此登上长城会联想到鲁迅先生的话“世上本没有路……”，并且亲
临其境攀岩运动的惊心动魄。箭扣北线山势平缓，走后山北路的好处是不必艰难跋涉便可登上巍巍敌楼，青山翠谷尽收眼底，一
样体会雄伟壮观的感觉。沿着郁郁葱葱的林间小路上山还是比较舒适的，登上鹰飞倒仰刀把楼后，西北可至北京结，回头向东南
便是箭扣。攀登用时单程30分钟。选择北路还可以顺路到神堂峪峡谷中捞小鱼！溪水很浅，小鱼小虾聚集的地方很多，进门后直
到拐弯处的山谷小溪中，收获较大，拐到里面水面越来越小，如果人多，难度就大了。在溪中的巨石上晒着太阳睡一觉，想必是
爬过长城后最美的事了。

If you look carefully at the recent published Great Wall photographic works,
you will quickly find that most of the pictures are taken from Jian Kou Great
Wall. Due to its unique style, steep mountains and beautiful scenery, Jiankou
Great Wall has become a photographic hotspot and also a hot travel
destination these days. 'Jiankou', is translated as 'Arrow Nock' in English,
because the shape of the mountain is like an arrow, with the collapsed ridge
opening as its arrow nock. Few tourist buses make the journey here, and
there is no cable car shuttling out-of-shape tourists to the top. Even more
amazing, there are no touts selling knickknacks and there is no admission fee
(though it's possible that unscrupulous villagers may try to collect one). This
section is for serious hikers only. Start at Xin Zhai Zi Cun where the road dead-
ends into a parking lot, following the trail up to the Wall. Turn left once you
reach the wall, and prepare yourself for an intense five-hour hike. The tallest
watchtower in the distance is Jiankou, and just before you reach it, there is a
turn-off point that is marked by a flat, paved section of the Wall that leads you
back down to the road. From the road, it's a 20-minute walk back to the
parking lot.
There are several scenic sites that tourists must see, one of which is the
watch tower known as "The Eagle Flies Facing Upward". This tower appears
extremely high as it was built on a mountain which forms the highest section of
the Jiankou Great Wall. The eagles can only do so facing upwards before
reaching the top of the tower when they pass through here.
The "Sky Stairs" is another famous scenic spot with a precipitous stair whose
angle of elevation is 70 to 80 degrees. The stairs are so narrow that it is
barely possible to obtain a foothold. Other scenic areas include the Beijing
Knot (the meeting point for three walls coming from different directions); the
Nine-Eye Tower (a watchtower with three layers, and nine holes which look
like nine eyes on each side); the Zhengbei Tower (a good place to watch the
sunrise and the sunset) and, the Cloud Stairs (a section of the Jiankou Great
Wall which rises like a staircase into the white clouds), and many other watch
towers.
Visitor Information -- This is pure, unadulterated Wall, so there is no ticket
office. Villagers charge ¥5 (65¢/35p) for parking, and may tack on ¥10 to ¥20
($1.35-$2.65/65p-£1.35) per person, but you can decline to pay all but the
parking fee. Open 24 hours. Bring your own lunch. Bottled water is usually
available at the parking lot -- bring plenty of water for the hike.
Getting There -- Since it's a remote location, you'll have to arrange a private
car. Have your hotel concierge arrange a driver, or have them call one of two
drivers: The return trip takes 4 hours (plus figure in 5 hours of wait time for
your hike) and will cost ¥500 ($67/£33), more if arranged by your hotel.
Where to Stay -- Many small peasant homes at the base of the mountain
(near the parking lot) offer accommodations, but we don't recommend any in
particular as the area is rather rustic. If you'd like to overnight, your best bet is
to head to Mountain Bar Lodge (tel. 010/8989-7738; Hong Zun Yu Yi Tiao
Gou; www.ourshanba.com), 30 minutes away from Jiankou, on the return trip
to Beijing. The Chinese resort offers small chalets perched on a hill and
excellent fare at its massive, meandering restaurant that serves up to 1,000
people per night. Try the excellent barbecued pork ribs (kao zhupai) and the
mixed eggplant, potato, and green peppers (disanxian).

东直门乘坐早上7：00左的916或者936大巴可到达怀柔，票价大约8元，然后在怀柔包租面的到八道河乡西栅子村黑坨山风景区，
包车大约需要40～60元，关键看你的侃价功夫。黑坨山风景区收门票，大约15元／人。
从东直门也能包到车（大概：150元一辆中巴，可乘20人左右），到怀柔县城，然后再包租面的前往西栅子村。

说明：南线比北线稍近，对于又懒、又 馋、又爱热闹的FB团队比较适合。长城红鳟鱼场周围有很多装修具一定水准的餐馆，餐馆
前的空地很宽敞，不想爬山可在这里打羽毛球、喝茶、玩杀人游戏、聊天 到日暮，爬山必须从山底下的村中穿过。笔者没有从这里
爬过，感觉这里一个接一个的店家太过喧嚣，不属于纯粹的登山味道。据说很多人都是慕名来吃红鳟鱼的。
停车提示：只要选择其中一家餐馆用餐，就可免费停车。否则收费5元。停车场的面积比较大，小车队前往停车应该没问题。
北线
京密路——开放环岛左转——到头见红 绿灯右转——富乐环岛直行——雁栖环岛左转奔神堂峪方向——莲花池直行——直至一小
桥，桥头右手有一商店，左手有一路口，左拐进此路，一直走即到箭扣。见 箭扣牌子时有两条路可选，左边一条(杨二家)较近，很
快可以进村停车，但离山稍远；右边一条，也有下一村供选择，再往前开还有一个专门停车场，这两处离山 较近。
说明：走北线上面说的那个桥头商 店需要特别注意，不然很容易错过。从北面登箭扣也要从村子里穿。这里的几个村子比较清静，
顶多是有几个大姐兜售自家的小米或棒碴儿。目前周围的人不是很 多，不过现在天暖了，估计要早出来才能有车位。也有一些人周
五或周六晚住农家。虽然这几个村子不是太大，接待能力有限，但还算干净、实在。
停车提示：如果停最近的有杨二家的那个村，一次性收费5元，若在村里吃饭或入住则免费停车。前面说的那个专门停车场不靠近
村子，是笔者去过的北线离箭扣最近的一个停车场，停车费也是5元。

的调料和加工费(包括烧烤)都要单收。
北线：有两种选择，一是山下的简单农家饭，可在登山前就跟村里人家说好吃饭，下山直奔餐桌。其中杨二家比较有名，餐饮形式
也很新颖现代：只提供7、8个固定菜，每人10元，不用现点，比较省事。美中不足的是，因为有点像流水席，所以不可能供人长时
间占着座位聊天休息。
另一种选择是在长城上自带干粮先小餐一下，返京的路上在怀柔这条著名的红鳟一条沟随便找家吃鱼。
登山装备
登山鞋：必备，箭扣有的地方石头松倒，或有沙粒，最好穿登山鞋。
拐杖：个别路段需要，但对于手脚并用的险要之处，拐杖显然累赘。
对讲机：箭扣长城虽然线路只有一条，但上去和下来的叉路比较多，如果怕走散可以准备对讲机。有趣的是，在箭扣长城的部分高
地，手机信号极强，但下来就不行了。
