Owner Geoffrey Weckx, a veteran of the Great Wall Sheraton, Hainan Sheraton, Sofitel Xi’an, and other international hotels,

purée, for example. Pumpkin soup, with a slight curry spiciness, is beautifully flavored. A cold appetiser of artichokes,
avocado and crabmeat with dill is a light, original combination. Among the mains, citrus ossobucco – a variation on a classic
theme, with a hint of lime added to the stew – was robust, while grilled tuna was perfectly seared to a crisp and served with
