Raffles City Beijing is CapitaLand's first mixed development in Beijing,
and is also the group's third landmark property under the renowned
"Raffles City" brand, the other two being Raffles City Shanghai and
Raffles City Singapore.
Located in the east traffic center of town with convenient and easy
access to the Subway, the East 2nd Ring Road and the Airport
Expressway, Raffles City Beijing is an office space and the luxury
shopping center. Raffles has 29,716 sq. meters of shopping space and a
huge parking lot. Zara and H&M have opened their third store here. Also
on the line up are Spectacle Hut from Singapore, a young Italian brand
Dazzle and other household names like Calvin Klein Jeans, Motivi,
Lacoste, Birkenstock, Ochirly and Eve's Temptation. Restaurants are on
the fifth floor and the first underground floor.
Raffles City Beijing, designed by international architecture firm Sparch, in
collaboration with local architects and engineers Sunlight and
engineering consultants Arup, has been shortlisted in the Best Chinese
project Category of 2009 MIPIM Asia Awards. The mixed-use
development is Sparch’s first completed project in China’s capital. Since
its recent opening, the development has been attracting crowds and
acclaim with its architectural aesthetics and structural innovation, offering
a new landmark in Beijing.

座品牌系列建筑。
